Live Performances of Your World is Filled with Harmony
This live performance from 2011 was a world premiere of the voice and piano piece titled “Your World is Filled with Harmony” or “Ves Mir Tvoi Garmoniyei Pronizan” (in Russian). Lyrics are based on Eugene Lykhovoy’s poetry, and music and setting are done by the performer Nina Soyfer.
Eugene Lykhovoy, a talented poet and a photographer, creates such bright imagery with his words, that one can almost envision the colours, as if it was a painting made out of words. He employs phrases such as: “…harmony painted by gold and blue colours.” His poetry, apart from exhibiting colours, also shows musical elements, e.g., “your melody is the essence of my dreams…”
The English translation I prepared does not attempt to do justice to the original Russian lyrics, but it gives an impression of the poem, and I hope you enjoy it.

Translation of lyrics
Verse 1
Your whole world is filled with harmony
Your melody is my dreams [wishes] and dreams [visions when sleeping]
Her [melody’s] crystal-illuminated whims (or caprices)
Are full of inexplicable beauty
Verse2
Your whole world is filled with harmony
I lose myself in it, and I melt in it
And once again taken by suddenly rushed in recapitulation
I float in timelessness, rejoicing, and grieving
Verse 3
Your whole world is filled with harmony
Which rings with gold and blue
You seem to me [like in a vision or imagination] a precious prize
Of Universal music
Chorus
Your whole world is filled with harmony
I lose myself in it and I melt in it
Your whole world is filled with harmony
Which rings with gold and blue
Your whole world is filled with harmony,
Your melody is my dreams and wishes
Her [melody’s] crystal-illuminated whims
Are full of unexplainable beauty
Your whole world is filled with harmony
I float in timelessness, rejoicing, and grieving
You appear to me as the precious prize
Of Universal music, the symphony of destiny
